Lectureship 2017
We dive into Hebrews, tracing how Scripture repeatedly points us to “something better” — the superior Christ, the new covenant, and the everlasting hope anchored in God’s oath to Abraham. As we wrestle with passages from Hebrews 1‑12, we discover how Jesus’ once‑for‑all sacrifice, his high‑priestly empathy, and the promise of a heavenly city invite us to live with confident faith, lasting rest, and love that proves our belief. Our weekly conversations will help us hold fast to these promises, run the race with endurance, and encourage one another to experience the deeper joy God has prepared for us.
