2020 Evening Sermons

We gather each week to see how Scripture— from Psalm 22’s cry of “my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” to the promise in 2 Kings 4 that a single jar of oil can meet a whole family’s need— reminds us that Jesus is the ever‑present One who never leaves us alone. By exploring the perfect imprint of the Father on Christ (Hebrews 1:3) and the urgent call of the Great Commission (John 20:19‑23; Matthew 28:20), we discover that the same Spirit who empowered the first disciples equips us for today’s everyday missions. As we wrestle with fear, doubt, or scarcity, the class helps us trust that God’s Word
