Sunday Evening Lessons Summer 2017
We need to produce 2-3 sentences describing the series, warm, using "we" and "our", mention scripture or theme. No intro labels. No generic church-speak. Must not start with "In this series" or "Join us". So maybe: "We explore the power of asking God the right questions..." etc. We need to mention multiple themes? Could reference questions (Genesis 3:1), prayer (Matthew 6), Messiah, Second Coming, etc. But description should encapsulate overall series: exploring Scripture through questions, mistakes, prayer, identity of Jesus, hope, purpose, vigilance, interpretation. Might say: "Through Genesis, Matthew, Luke, etc., we discover..." Make 2-3 sentences. Use warm tone. Let's craft: "We dive into the Bible’s own conversation, from the first question in Genesis 3:1 to the promise of Christ’s return in 1 Thessalonians 4, learning how asking God the right questions, trusting a Father who answers, and keeping our hearts awake shape a life that pursues Him above all else. Together we wrestle with mistakes, uncover what it means that Jesus is the Anointed Messiah, and practice handling Scripture with the Berean spirit, so we leave each evening feeling more rooted in God’s story and more confident to live it out." That's 2 sentences. Good. Ensure not generic. Use "we". Nice.
